I think we started this season’s League Cup campaign against them and won the Cup eventually. A good omen probaby?
And if alcohol is not screwing my brain, the season we won the league last time, we started with a Norwich win???
If both are right, I think we are winning the FA Cup as well this season.

Scored 3 in all our games, Matip spoiled it with the deflection (not his fault like).

I once watched Karius in the warm up drop the ball about 10 times on a cross at that point I realised we may need to improve on our options that summer and that was before he got a run in the side.
Do you remember if we went on to win the game though?
Simon played I believe and we won 4-0 I was in the main stand for the first time since the rebuild.
Actually must have been Alisson, I’ve got games confused totally, must have been the Kop and I’ve never lost in the Kop so we won.
