Overall a very good half although Joe’s reckless challenge nearly cost us. Hope we come out the same in the 2nd half
Always had that in his game unfortunately, as great as he can look for 80-85 mins he’s very error prone.
It was just totally uncalled for. He was never getting anywhere near that ball.

I’m not sure why it took so long. It looked an obvious foul to me. Were they checking for offside or handball or something.
Played 135 plus mins this week, and been superb.

Good half and scoring first again felt good. Been a concern but that has been turned for the past three games.
Goal aside, Nunez has been really a pain in the arse for their defence. And he’s put an amazing defensive shift including pressing from the front which is so needed for the way we play. Incredible.
Some of Carvalho’s touches are slick. Thiago-esqu. Gomez can be a little more focused but thankfully no harm done. Score another, see of this half and move to the next one with no fuss please.
A good half. Parts of it was very good. The last 10 min was however probably dominated by West Ham, so I am “only” judging it good. But we were cruising for 35 min ! 
Good enough for rock n roll and we have another half to score 2-3 more goals 
Edit: I am rounding up here, West Ham probably didn’t really dominate for an entire 10 min at the end, but long enough to be a bit scary.

Bowen couldn’t cope with the pressure from the Anfield crowd and the Liverpool players. Not a great penalty but it was a great save.
Bowen’s penalty has not got great pace on it and it’s at a lovely height for the keeper

Great save Alisson. Some iffy distribution too, to be fair.
Nunez is growing into this team. Lovely header.
Then two left footed instinctive hits, one dipped and Fabianski tipped it over.
The other smashed off the post.
Mo has had one or two little looks too. Hopefully he gets a goal. But I am starting to see what I wanted to see with Salah and Nunez. It is not purring yet, and there’s a lot more to come as they play more together. But this looks better than before and is something good for them to build on.
