I’m extremely anxious/nervous about these opening games as I don’t know what to expect. A new manager with very little transfer business emm! Just doesn’t sit right for some reason.

Iraola has been the best manager in the league for the last 2 years. Even better than Emery considering the resources Emery had.

We’ll see what he can do for us. He seems to have the right approach. I’m worried about the squad and how Iraola can motivate them. Last season was a real bore fest. Turning that around with the same faces isn’t going to be easy imo.
The motivations at mid/lower league levels is very different to that of a top 5 potential challenger.
We’ll see. I hope we do well. I believe in the longer term we can get back on top of it. As I said it’s these opening games that have me anxious.
Btw noone can say anything to change my anxiety it’s only seeing them on the pitch that can do that.
