I think he did at Leverkusen. and he was more of a goal threat.
Here he looks timid. He just passes it back when he should be turning, trying to dribble and make something happen. His confidence seems very low. Obviously thats a concern because you want players with supreme confidence.

Other than this game last year there is nothing to suggest Rio will ever be good enough.
If he was at another club and we had seen what he did last season we wouldn’t be signing him.
Munoz had much more experience playing off the right than Rio, he should be the RW for the time being.
Rio should be tried on his natural LW. You cannot force a 18-year-old into a position he barely played before.
