This type of performance was bound to happen sooner or later. Can’t expect the squad to perform at the highest level game after game. They are knackered and Newcastle is not an easy ground to play at. Add the shit referees to it and u have a recipe for disaster.

Best j have seen Bruno and Murphy play this season. They were very ordinary before this. Think this game is well suited for Elliott and Diaz. Let’s see. Always a difficult game.

Their work off the ball is very impressive. It’s not the first time our initial shape and approach has not fared well with how the opponent were playing and required a tweak at half time to give us a way to combat it
