Weâve been poor, to me we donât look very well organised itâs all very far apart - canât even see the front three on the screen a lot of the time - and midfield isnât functioning very well.
Not being helped either by the fact the referee has decided that going near a Newcastle player is an instant free kick.

Like all incoming foreign managers, heâll probably be surprised by the intensity of the Christmas period. It doesnât look like heâs thinking about it so far, but this isnât the Dutch league, heâll need to use his squad. Hopefully there wont be too many injuries until then.

Need to get to grips with Newcastleâs physicality. Donât expect protection from the ref. Less passive play. Start pressuring this weak back four.
