I have been accused of much too much optimism lately with my rather unpopular title winning prediction, so I will say this: I think we might lose this game. Why ? Nothing conclusive, just that we have had previously a tendency to slip and fall after having won more “euphoric” big games and now we have played Real Madrid and Manchester City and if Newcastle then plays one of their better games, this could be very dangerous for purely psychological reasons.
But we shall see. And no, I have not used dark magic or my crystal ball tonight, so the actual result is behind the veil for me now (also I have not followed Newcastle closely enough for the dark rites to succeed properly without a greater sacrifice; and I am all out of goats as well as hen)
So I will start watching this game with a dose of skepticism (that hopefully very soon turns to optimism!)

I think a Klopp team would maybe have a lacklustre display.
We suffered many times, post international breaks, 12:30 kick offs, Saturday games after epic CL midweek.
But this Slot team, i dunno, seems more mature and intense, lots of desire there, but i see what you’re saying, gonna be a close one

During these dark times where grim clouds plague his mind, I will remind you @Walshy07 , that once, there was light. Try aiming for it, despite the frailty of the fading ray. Perhaps, soon, you can find a glimpse of it again. Then like a child seeing the radiance of a moisty rainbow, shining in the green dales, you can head out with a rucksack on your back, looking for the promise of treasure (and likely come home disappointed, with renewed bitterness in your heart).

Also with Jota, most of his injuries are from knocks, not that many from soft tissue injuries he isn’t scared to out his body on the line challenging for the ball. At times he has been unlucky, i.e his current injury, a big lump landing on him and doing his ribs in.
