Totally disagree, you know a players strong foot on most occasions thats where you pass it and with Trent put it on his right and he can hit any type of pass.
I have never been at their level but I would be disappointed in myself with the accuracy of the pass.
It may seem a small matter but it is something that we do too often with a pass to the wrong side or behind a man and it seems the simple passes that we don’t get right.
Hate to use Pep as an example but I would imagine that is what he would be instill in his playing style.
But it still doen"t excuse Trents poor touch and concentration, which seems to be an issue that comes across some times
We can do this. We have come from behind before. The lads need to be more focused and not let the opposition get to them. Then, maybe last 3 seconds trip up Joelinton
Klopp can’t complain too much about the referees, he will be shot down by the media again.
A lot of alarmism in here. We’re losing because of a Trent error and a dodgy red card in a difficult away fixture at top 4 rivals. Our pressing has mostly been good and our midfield does look far more mobile. The bigger issue has been the number of second balls we’re losing and - again, like the Bournemouth game - some lackadaisical play in possession.
We can say what we like about personnel and structure etc. but a lot of that just has to do with concentration and a lack of fluidity, which is unsurprising when you start with an entirely new midfield. I’m not losing hope just yet, although this definitely looks like one where at best we nick a point and bolt.
I think Klopp is stuck between a rock and a hard place with that substitute. I think the natural choice would be a double change with an attacker off and Trent off bringing Gomez and another defender on. Trent off because he’s on a yellow and last warning, has looked shaky AF today, and the last thing we need playing 10 man counter attacking is a guy not able to stop play when necessary. There’s just not a natural substitute on the bench to play RB. Tsimi maybe?

It may denying that passing to the wrong foot can be a bad pass. Im saying that hitting it to his left foot was the right pass in that situation given Gordon’s position. You pass that to Trent’s right and his first touch immediately sees him under pressure. Passing it to his left allows him to open up his body and get away from Gordon’s pressure. That is was solely that made a fuck up no team mate can be asked to account for.
