We go again, 1-1!
Think the key will be our defending.
If we can neutralize their creativity and offensive transition (theyāve been playing Son up top now for a bit) for long enough periods and simply survive without big mistakes and goals, I believe that our current peak and experience might be too much for them.
Iām not impressed with how compact they are and some individuals at the back, even that Ven fella (similar to how Botman was rated and how he is when I finally see him now). They leave a lot of spaces, which is brilliant for us. This is an ideal match for Nunez, especially the moment heās in. Could be a very up and down game in terms of transitions.
We donāt have much doubts over the first XI. Naturally weāll hope Trent is fit to return, Konate can start again and Jones in at LCM.
Iāve just noticed that my wife has booked us in for an Oktoberfest dinner that evening. Iāll probably miss the first half.
This will be a test for us defensively. Iām not sure whether Konate is up for a starting place yet but the fact Klopp stared him in the Cocoa Cup possibly means he wonāt be starting this.
I could see Konate starting this one again and then not playing against Saint-Gilloise at home. Which would give him a full week of rest before Brighton away.
Fully expecting Spurs to revert to type and be Spursy.
Yeah theyāve had a few decent displays, but we are on an early season roll and have too many game influencers for them to cope with.

Tottenham team news by WhoScored:
- Tottenham are sweating on the fitness of both James Maddison and Brennan Johnson after both were forced off in Sundayās North London Derby. The former is more likely to recover on time.
- Ivan Perisic, Ryan Sessegnon, Bryan Gil and Rodrigo Bentancur are all absent.
- Ange Postecoglou could make just one change from Sundayās stalemate, with Manor Solomon starting on the left.
First team weāve faced this season who will come out and attack us? Could open a lot space and see us score a hat full. Canāt see us keeping a clean sheet tho. 5-2 to us.
I think heās Liverpoolās best defender now. I can see him playing 60 to 70 min.

TAA is back in grouptraining
Perhaps too early to start against Spurs.
1-3
Iām going with a 2-2 draw on this one.
Reported
Hasnāt said we will win it to be fair he just said it would be a massive result which so far on the season you would say it would.
Saying that again I think it might tell us where both teams are.
So far every test put in front of us I think weāve dealt with bar Chelsea and that was a screwy opening game to give us.
So are Spurs and to that point Arsenal on a higher level or is just the way itās gone so far, also where are we?
At least thereās no Harry Kane to be awarded a dubious penalty this year.
Or get away with a blatent red card offense.
