I am not afraid of controversy so I will be straight. I hope Everton gets a few decent runs this season (not too much though). Would do the old rivalry a hell of a lot of good if they could fight a bit higher up the table for some time. A better Everton would make the derby a bit more of a big game, which for me is a positive. Also, I guess I am a humanitarian, wouldn’t mind a few less glummy faces in blue in Liverpool and maybe it could make them a bit less bitter if they could manage to enjoy their own club for once.
For instance a 6th place finish for Everton would be cool imo, but only as long as we are significantly higher on the table of course.

Red for Gibbs for a hand to face on James. Soft, he milked it, but silly from Gibbs.
Bilic lost it at HT and went for the Ref, fairly aggressive and abusive form the coverage.
