Premier League 2020/21 (Part 1)

Would you either.

I’m mildly surprised they granted a retake on that pen from DDG coming off his line. Guess they’ll be calling that rule fairly tight it appears.

Palace apparently did not score 3 goals in any game last season.

Don’t worry, he will. New Year’s resolutions never last very long

Good to see Tyrick Mitchell having a good game for Palace, I highlighted him as one to watch this season. He’s spoken about as being as good a player as Aaron Wan-Bissaka was for them.

The VAR got it right twice around the Palace penalty and it wasn’t a very tight game. I feel vindicated

You crank ! :upside_down_face:
I shall write it down in visible letters then: New Years resolutions and similar stuff never lasts und so weiter, et cetera.

Yes, Manchester United, you are six points behind Crystal Palace after two matches.

How crap was that back line.

Anyhow no doubt they are off to spunk 200m on someone they don’t need.

I think you need to do the math starting from the restart

A lot of people made a lot of points about form after the restart and I said it’s probably not reliable to make judgements on it, Palace dropped like a stone after the game against us, we sort of went on Holiday and yet Soton and Man Utd looked amazing and yet the same dross side of Palace that looked woeful has just beaten them both.

Not true! I had a resolution to quit coffee in January 2017, as working in an office I realised I was getting through 6-8 cups a day, and haven’t drank a drop it since.

You fool ! Coffee is the blood of life !

Seriously though, yeah, some resolutions holds up. Neukolln not being irate at opposing players and managers won’t though !

Sky having to apologise for Evra telling porkies again hmmm.

Again no Özil anywhere near the Arsenal squad
did they sell him lately and I didn’t notice?

I mean - 350k a week for not even making the squad.

Maybe they carved him up and sold him piece by piece

18 goals in three matches. Arsenal West Ham about to kick off. I get the strong feeling it’s going to continue like this
