Yeah, I suspect he is pleased with the wave of new talent, but he is a smart enough man to know what the price of it was in terms of his job security. He was in a no-lose situation last year, and used that freedom well. Chelsea’s situation this year is the polar opposite.

Wow, that’s a really offensive 11 by Brighton.

3-4-3 and the two in central midfield are Lallana and Alzate.

Not sure Potter needs to reveal so much of his hand tactically against this level of opposition.

Sounds like the old-fashioned two-fingered salute

Don’t you always wake up at 4 a.m.?

Unfortunately, yes. But I was battling sluggishness this particular morning.

So, it seems, is Man United. Thus far Brighton playing quite well against them.

That shot from Greenwood crossed the goal-line closer to the goal than the corner flag. Progress!

Come Ole you can do it!

United look quite bad. Beaten to almost everything. Guess holding Crystal Palace to only 3 goals didn’t help their confidence much.

Tough for them to get moving at 4 am.

Seems to me they may have spent too much time yesterday on the new BVB training girl’s Instagram.

Sancho 700m

Remind again why Utd are trying to buy Sancho and not someone to replace Pogba and / or Lindelof.

They are grooming Fred and Phil Jones to fill those spots.
