Canāt think of one, although Leroy Rosenior was sacked after ten minutes as manager of Torquay United in 2007.

Actually coming to think of it, hasnāt there been a few managers sacked even before season began? I recall Bielsa at Marseille & Pioli at somewhere like Lazio.
