I am afraid the horse is long since out of the barn on that
As for clubs being punished for fans’ behaviour, has it ever led to docked points for anything? All I can recall is closed stadium (which punishes fans) and wrist-slap fines.
They might still have potential to become good managers, but I struggle to see how they’d be good options for Saints right now. Of course, Saints are in big trouble and that has been coming over the years.
I said it before and I know I’m alone with this but I don’t want Arsenal to win the league. As champions they will build on that success and might be a serious contender for the coming years.
If they fail now after the season they had so far I expect them to be ‘just another Top4 contender’ in the coming years and fall apart again soon.
City winning titles doesn’t mean shit anyway - can’t take them serious.
Who knows, you could easily make the argument if they just miss out on the title they’ll come again twice as hard than if they would had they won it.
All depends what the owners decide to do and their vision, our owners decided we could carry on going for 400 years with the same squad after our success.
Kind of depends upon whether Arteta is just receiving some good fortune or if he’s actually as good as his side is playing thus far this year. They’ve certainly bought some players since he’s been there, and he’s made the tough calls. They really do look solid.
The future is not that predictable, a lot of scenarios can be made now with good arguments, but it’s impossible to know now how City and Arsenal would react after winning/losing the title.
We had ups and downs after winning the league, some that probably no one saw coming.
This season is already a success for Arsenal anyway, but of course, winning it makes it much better.
I don’t really care who wins it, although it would be refreshing to see a new champion, to make things more interesting.
