Premier League 2022/23 (Part 1)

Bamford giving some hope.

You holding onto straws with this theory.

Palace and Leicester wins please. :+1:

Come on Palace. Come on Brentford.

Spurs win tomorrow and weā€™re 6 points off 4th with a home game against Spurs coming up. Faint hope if that result goes for us.

Big result for Leicester itā€™s these games they need to win, Wolves went in with form as well.

Iā€™m liking how the bottom of the table is looking.

When was last time lowest scorers in the league stayed up?

Canā€™t see Spurs win tbh but last thing we need is a Newcastle win.

Martinez comes off at HT and replaced with Robin Olsen, who makes a mess of dealing with a header, gifting Kevin Schade an open goal, only for Schade to miss.

Emi, show me where he kicked you.

Can results go our way in the coming days please.

Newcastle not beating Spurs.
Newcastle not beating Everton.
Spurs not beating United.

Probably best to concentrate on our games. Feel like West Ham away will be the most difficult from our run-in.

Regardless of where we end up finishing in the league, Spurs, Newcastle and the mancs are bricking it right now.
Only theirs to throw away.

Weā€™re a fucking weird team. I can see us beating West Ham and Spurs, looking like we might pick up the full 21 left available, then imploding in a pathetic defensive performance against Brentford.

As sad as it is to sayā€¦ Brighton remain in the mix

But they have a difficult run in. Newcastle, Arsenal away. Home against City.

Just want to weigh in on Arsenal. Itā€™s both and.

The whole team is having a little wobble due to feeling the weight of challenging. They arenā€™t quite playing with the same sort of freedom, though obviously they remain a very good side and still arenā€™t out of it.

And Saliba. He is very good. Like a young VVD. I dont think Holding is a bad player, so Iā€™m not going to pick on him. Itā€™s just that Saliba is very good indeed.

Letā€™s go Spurs. Somehow a draw at least please.

Didnā€™t wanna create a Run in thread as itā€™s probably a bit cringey going by our shit season.

Decent run in for usā€¦difficult for Spurs, Newcastle and Villaā€¦Discounted Brighton, as i couldnā€™t be bothered to type it up.

4th is realisticā€¦7 wins needed i think

There is a positive for all three results here.

Still think CL is beyond us. Draw ironically the worst result.

1-0 Newcastle
