Haha
Nice !
Great result
Chelsea are awful. Its wild how bad they made us look.
It was matchday 1. We didn’t know what to expect and gave them too much respect.
It will be great when the clear penalty decision we didn’t get at Stamford Bridge evens itself out through the course of the season.
Chelsea lost . Finally, something to put a smile on my face.
Anything bad that befalls Todd Boehly puts a smile on my face.
They also drew against Arsenal last week.
It’s almost they are turning up for big games.
The commentator said that this was a turning point for Chelsea when they went 2-0 up against Arsenal. That went well.
I’d buy the “difficult to play against, but not very creative” argument you sometimes get with underperforming “big teams”, but against us they wrestled control of the game from us after about 30 mins and largely controlled the game from then on.
I think losing James was a big loss given how central he was to much of what they did well against us, but they have backwards far more than you can justify with losing a RB. It’s like they’re more confused with what they’re trying to do than they were before.
All the wanking thats been done over Pochettino…and the fact is, he is extremely ordinary.
Him and Ten Hag both, hope they stay forever.
Really nice goal from Nketia to open the scoring. The goals that are set up by a first touch beating a defender (think Linekar’s against Germany in 90) are lowkey among my favourite category of goals.
A load of primadonas that turn up against big teams.
Anyone see/hear what led Chelsea’s assistant manager to go nuts and storm into the Brentford bench area (earning a red)?
He realized that if he’s going to be stealing a pay check he doesnt need the pretense of actually being there for the games
Great hat trick for Nketiah today.
Arsenal cruising so much they can afford to bring on Havertz
Sheffield United seem determined to sustain the hopes of the likes of Luton (and Everton). I figured with so many bad teams, Derby’s record of lowest points in a season was safe for another year, but the Blades are well below that pace. Granted, that Derby side had about half their total points by the end of October.
