Premier League 2024/25 (Part 2)

Satisfying, despite the nauseating Sky commentator blowing smoke up Arsenals arse as well and truly in the title race.

They’re on course to equal their record as the only team to finish 2nd in the Premier League 3 years running

Cheers thank you

Ahh I see the BBC have changed the table…showing Arse on 24 games and LFC on 23…time warp time has reset itself…thought I was right…but bowed down to other bods with superlative knowledge…

The Athletic are saying that Arsenal have been unbeaten for 14 PL matches. I genuinely wasn’t aware of it but they seem to be the only rival side showing some consistency. Their fixture list looks much easier than Liverpool’s, especially their next two league games, so it’s up to Slot and the lads to keep them at arm’s length.

Because at the time we had played the same amount of games.

Carragher was making me sick when he was trotting that rubbish out.

Well we are unbeaten in 19.

So like i said earlier nothing at all has changed.

End of the day it’s been like this for weeks now.

Nothing has changed in fact we did for a game week drop to 4 before going back up to 6.

Everton remains a free hit.

Problem with easier fixture lists is it’s not quite like that. We saw today that.

Just win, baby…period.

Thankfully not but their fixture list is easier than Liverpool’s, so I welcome every point they drop like it’s a Liverpool win.

How is it easier.

They are out of the FA Cup. :joy:

After Wednesday probably also out of the league cup.

They host the traditionally difficult sides, while Liverpool have to travel to the likes of Man City, Everton, Aston Villa, Brighton, Fulham… Also, less fixture congestion due to exiting FA Cup early and possible League Cup, too.

They still need to come to Anfield and Forest and United and have to go to Everton too.

If we win a point in the Derby it will be 14 games left.

7 point lead. Our GD +8 better than them.

Am I tripping balls?

That does not look like Henry!

EDIT…I’m tripping balls.

Here’s the thing about Everton, Brighton, Fulham, Villa, and City - they’re all fucking shite.

Fairly big game on 10 May…

Who’s up for a TAN match-day catch-up in Liverpool?

Nah. Barring referee intervention, the title race will be over by then.
