Arsenal up already. Pretty basic goal, but havertz playing up top instead of Jesus scoring with a textbook striker goal bodes well for them.

There is no higher bar. This is a total fabrication. They have just changed the language used from Clear and obvious to referees call to help better communicate to the fans the intention of how it is used

lol. I ducking hate those red cards. Refs are so ducking stupid as is everyone who reports it was a headbut. The only thing that defines that as a headbuts is the ref choose to give a red card for a player throwing themselves to the ground when everyone knows there was no headbut

Love a red card like that (in games we aren’t involved in). Absolute stupidity by Schar, fantastic shithousery by Diaz. Makes himself a pantomime villain, creates an electric atmosphere, needle in the tunnel at half time…a narrative created in a game that would otherwise have been a drab formality.
I’m good with Brereton being given a season long ban for that.
