Both teams have got dodgy defences. I think more goals in the second half is guaranteed. A very entertaining game.
Ait-Nori doesn’t look all that sound defensively but is great going forward.
If Burn doesn’t make that block, Semenyo likely makes it 2-0. Good defending from lanks.
I missed that Lloyd Kelly signed for Newcastle. That doesn’t bode well for Lewis Hall. Not getting many games last season with Burn being preferred there (all the time) is one thing but for them to them sign another LB and play him when Burn is forced back into CB is a loud signal

Semenyo has been by far the best player on the park, on a plate for Evanilson who can’t get enough of a touch to direct it on goal.
Newcastle have gone from looking like a bottom 3 Prem team first half to a mid table championship side 2nd…truly truly horrific.
You could see he was thinking…didn’t want to get close and allow him to cut back onto his left but Madueke did it anyway blasted it straight at the defender and got lucky with the deflection. Understanding thinking but bad application from the defender and then thoughtless response with blind luck from the forward

Sounds like the poor LB been at fault for every goal, being injury prone is enough for it to be a big fat NO from me.
