I was cured of the belief that WW1 was anything else than a big butchery when I came to watch Stanley Kubrick’s Paths of Glory. Anyone still believing that this war was about glory or heroism should watch it immediately, it’s a masterwork.

haven’t watched 1917, but I read a lot of Pierre Berton books on the subject when I was a kid. Grandad never talked about the war. ever. but anytime I do get around to that episode of Band of Brothers when they’re landing Normandy, I think of him and his brother landing on Juno.

Sadly both women involved have been on the end of abuse(mainly Ngozi on SM) and apparently the charity is being investigated for financial irregularities.

It’s not racist or sexist to dislike someone who happens to be a different race or someone of the opposite sex unless that’s part of the reason you dislike them.
He has said unsavoury things about plenty of people in the past, men and women alike.
The only reason he would only say this about a woman is because Cersei was a woman. He probably wouldn’t even say it about a non-royal, former or otherwise.

No, I have no idea. But it’s also not just for the sake of arguing. If I said I didn’t like Kanye or Bill Cosby or Marjorie Taylor Greene it wouldn’t be fair to be labelled a racist or sexist for that opinion. I think the distinction is important.
Edit - for the record I think what Clarkson said is abhorrent. I don’t like Harry and Meghan, but don’t wish them any ill will, just want them to leave the public eye like they said they were going to.
It doesn’t just have to be about why he thinks he hates her, but also the language used, especially if it perpetuates negative stereotypes.
