Tips in healthy eating during Ramadan.

Dates play a huge factor in our digestive system.

Also certain drinks help in rehydration. Coconut water is really good for rehydration too.

I’ve started with electrolytes in my water that I drank before the start of the fast. So far so good.

Never had ajwa dates, don’t remember ever seeing them either. I love dates and eat two or three medjool most days.

I have. They are nice.
Whenever some friend is come from UAE/Saudi. They bring a variety. Ajwa dates are abit darker and slightly drier in taste and they have more antitoxicants and lower sugar in them than Medjool which are softer and more caramelly in taste

I also take natural yoghurt with honey or dates and oats mix. It keeps me going. I can’t do all the fasts, i start getting headaches but these days are short so i am okay.
