Russian War Crimes (Part 1)

According to many Pro-Kremlim sources, RU federation forces in control of the port. If true, unsurprising give the battle updates I posted last night. The port area was falling after all.

If everything is true and the “entire area” of the port is secures by RU, is another question. You cannot trust their claims 100%. But I assume it has fallen.

In the broader population, I’d say definitely yes.
I mean you have “Putin-Versteher” (“Putin understander”) everywhere, but I’d say it’s more wide spread in the East, particularly among AfD voters (parts of Eastern Germany are the AfD’s stronghold, they have been on the decline everywhere else) - and then you have the old SED types.
Or did you mean inside the SPD?

Poor VDV:

Whine, whine, bitch, bitch. It’s pathetic but I find these guys a bit funny at times:

Not sure if very relevant. He is just making a bad taste joke.

Yeah, then they indeed hold the port if Ukraine is claiming they have taken hostages on ships at the port. Unfortunately, but Mariupol is a FUBAR situation…

They have a point:

It’s not a Nazi salute per se. Italian fascists made the same salute, and there are a lot of neo-fascists in Italy nowadays. Nevertheless, I hope that this young idiot will immediately be demoted from his status of privileged F1 driver. Not funny at all. Send him back to Russia if he wants to do this kind of things.

Thanks, I meant the broader population which I presume is reflected to some degree amongst their political representatives?

The current government is fairly West German dominated, partially because the three coalition parties are West dominated.
When it comes to the SPD, their policy tradition is an old West german thing, going back to as far as Willy Brandt, his Eastern policy is a source of immense pride and identity for many Social Democrats and for good reasons, it was kind of their signature foreign policy (it’s that tradition that was exploited by Schröder, for his own profit).
But fucking hell, at some point they’ve got to face the new Putin reality.

If you didn’t know before what kind of media company “Welt” is, now you know. :pensive: (Springer media like Bild)
Perhaps there was no vacancy by Fox News? Maybe it’s just me but I don’t trust her, after all this years in Russian state TV.

At least NTV Germany did the right thing imo and hired a moderator from Ukraine, she’s even doing the news in ukrainian every day.

Kiewer Moderatorin Ashion: ntv.de sendet täglich "Ukraine Update" auf Ukrainisch - n-tv.de.

Oh well…

Hi Magnus I thought this guy was in Ukraine. That conference room he is in appears very nice for one anywhere near thye battle zone, don’t you think?
I am sure there are even people who could say exactly where he is filming from.
A complete and utter nut job, at least he makes me laugh.
