From what we have seen from intercepts, it’s really hard to make their commanders change coarse when an action is already underway. Most recent example perhaps the Spetznas in the raptor boats who repeatedly calls for new orders but get a repeated mantra to tow the struck raptors back instead even after they have explained that they can’t move.
Command and control seems very rigid.

Ukrainian FM Kuleba arrived in Berlin to meet among others all Bundestag parties. talks started this morning with SPD.
During the top Ukrainian diplomat’s visit, which will also include an appearance at the G7 foreign ministers’ meeting on the German Baltic Sea coast, Kuleba said he plans to lobby for Ukrainian EU membership, as well as further sanctions on Russia and a response to food scarcity threatened by the conflict.

Not sure if sarcasm? If not I don’t think it’s fake at all. Due to the positioning of the munitions in Russian tanks this is a not uncommon consequence of being hit. Looks 100% genuine to me.
