Serie A Discussion

Belotti with only 4 goals and 2 assists in 46 games for Roma this season. Though a lot of those being Abraham’s backup, coming off the bench. They played a bit together also.

0 league goals and 2 assists in 31.

I wildly pathetic season. Obviously going to play for Jose as a forward comes with a lot of risks to your reputation, but surely even the most pessimistic people wouldnt have predicted that.

They’re literally wearing balaclavas so they cannot be recognized :joy:. There some real Four Lions vibes to this. Feel like one of those guys is off to ride the Rubber Dingy Rapids after that.

Milan have hired Brad Pitt Billy Beane as Transfer Market Advisor. Poor Leão; they really waited for him to commit before informing him they’re booting Maldini and ushering in an “American revolution”.

Beane will be interesting - he knows quite a bit about footy. The logic is pretty clear, Serie A teams cannot keep up with the pack competing the same way, not even Juventus.

I bet they are gutted.

If they wanted to make a statement ban them from Europe for 3-5 seasons.

Has Spalletti officially left Napoli?

He officially took a year sabbatical, but Napoli went ahead and appointed a permanent successor. It’s all a bit weird. I think there was the suggestion the sabbatical was the last year of his contract so it was just a way for everyone to move on, but you’d imagine De Laurentiis will try to extract something from the Italian FA for appointing a guy still technically under contract to him

Belotti last season: 0 league goals, 4 goals in 46 games in all competitions.
Belotti in the first league game this season: 2 goals.

:joy: :coffin:
