Not sure the meaning of pharmacological sedation, is it medically induced coma, or not that extreame?

Sounds positive as can be.
Not that extreme. More like what you might do to a anxious dog scared of fireworks - give them enough sedation so they want to go and sleep it off in the corner. It’s basically just an attempt to get his metabolic rate as low as possible to minimize the stress on the heart while they look into what went wrong.

Sounds very similar to what they did when I entered hospital in June with the heart rate at 248 bpm.

Fonseca out at AC Milan, and rather brutally so - apparently the negotiations were done with his successor before the Roma match, and many of the journalists in his post-game press conference knew it, though he appears not to have yet been told.
De Ketelaere, a Milan cast off, is probably PotY as things stand. There is an irony of Fonseca being fired while watching the Belgian provide every week exactly what his side needs but having been given up on by the club before he got there.
EDIT: If we didnt already have Dom, he’d likely be a big interest for us.
