Should TAN ban X?

Hope you post more often.

This forum needs new voices; the same old wankers get boring.

Especially me.

He has a Claypool Lennon Delirium album cover as his avatar. He’s alright in my book.

The very same. :+1:

Saw them supporting Rush in the 90s, absolutely epic group. Their mics were fish

Interestingly, their share options are simply a link to their webpage. They no longer have options to share to Facebook etc (although they still have a Facebook presence).

Incidentally, I’ve been on Bluesky for around a year. I’m not sure what has happened in the last day or so, but I have been inundated with followers, mainly Liverpool fans. I’m wondering if the sports fan element of Twitter is giving up on it?

In response to subscriber demand, a couple of days ago The Anfield Wrap opened a Bluesky account

TAW leaving X, entirely in keeping with their political views. I know a few of them, lovely guys but we don’t quite see eye to eye when it comes to Westminster. Or Washington DC come to think of it.

I’m sure they’re devastated about that.

I just made the move to Bluesky. I guess the success of this platform will be if they can convince mass movement of people over.

Twitter was really useful for sport, academic literature, news etc back in the day. But just a cesspit since Musk took over

Yes. I loved the access it provided to academic literature and academics themselves. I really hope these alternatives can mirror that, as I do miss it.
