‘By-seh-titch’ is the best I can come up with although I reckon that’s pretty accurate. @Nikola and @Zoran should have the best grasp of it, I’d imagine.
He certainly looks the deal but there will come a time where he will hit the bottleneck like every young potential will. He only needs to look to Jones and to a certain degree Elliot and even Carvalho to come. There will always be that next level that is so difficult to break through but for now, we are enjoying seeing a youth who looks good now to break through to play some solid first team games regularly.

The closest to English pronounciation would be “by-chet-itch” (“chet” as in “Chet Atkins”), I’d say.

I have heard commentators pronounce it at least 3 different ways already, i think the J is silent so its bacetic

It was fifty-fifty between these two, I don’t know why I went with Atkins!
