Summer Transfer Window 2020

Pogba, JLingZ and Dembele… oh boy.

They better turn United into eSports United. :joy:

Sergiño Dest introduction at Camp Nou. Painfully similar to Braithwaite’s introduction last year :man_facepalming:

It’s a bit stupid from clubs to ask this in the first place, but dear me, you’re a professional footballer. Do at least normal 5 keepy uppies (anyone can do that), smile to the cameras, shoot a few balls to the crowd, sign a few autographs and go home. Don’t embarrass yourself by attempting some difficult tricks, if you’re really not skillful.

Very smart signing from Bayern!

Amin Younes from Napoli to Eintracht on loan.
Buno Amione from Belgrano to Hellas Verona for £1.5m.

The Athletic:

Tottenham are Antonio Rudiger’s preferred destination as he looks to leave Chelsea before Monday’s deadline, report Simon Johnson, David Ornstein and Raphael Honigstein.

Rudiger is on the fringes of Frank Lampard’s plans and The Athletic understands Rudiger is Spurs’ main target as they aim to improve their defence.

But Chelsea are reluctant to let him move across London to Spurs ahead of the transfer window closing.

Sven Ulreich from Bayern to HSV for £450k.

Sometimes I get the feeling that United are deliberately and wholeheartedly trying to be irrelevant.

What happened to no crazy wages or agent fees??

Is Cavani a free transfer?

Just like the Sanchez signing he will rip them off and go after 6 months

Yeah, I think, only with huge agent fee and huge wages for Cavani himself. Even at 34 years of age, I’m gutted that they got him, mainly because he’s always been a player that I wanted to see in a Liverpool shirt, especially when Suarez was at Liverpool. Oh, well.

Alessio Da Cruz from Parma to Groningen on loan.
Dalbert from Inter to Rennes on loan, £1.8m fee.
Daniele Rugani from Juve to Rennes on loan, £1.3m fee.

Great opportunity for a player and agent to line their pockets with extortionate wages I take it

They simply have not moved on. They still think it’s all about the ‘name’ when signing a player rather than what they actually need in their squad. Olé will once again beat who he should be beating 50% of the time, draw and maybe beat a top team here and there while dropping clangers every 4th of 5th game. Won’t be enough to win anything of note but will just be enough for them to have the fallacy of living in perpetual hope that he’s just about to nail it.

Cavani, throughout it all, will smile and trouser a huge wage with it coming to a slow motion end by trying to offload him on loan over the period of a few years. Excellent retirement fund contribution.
