Both Reguillon and Bale would improve most of starting elevens in Premier League but I was surprised to hear that Man United were in for another left back with the form Shaw was in and Williams’ emergence. Maybe Solskjaer had other plans for Shaw (left CB in a back three), who knows.
Funny thing is that Mourinho is stocking up on attacking fullbacks, yet his football is… Not so expansive. Bale should provide a kick up the backside for that Tottenham side if he signs, though, though it is said that he’s earning 600K euros per week, no way that Tottenham can afford anywhere near that.

couple of great signings for spurs if they get them in.
Interesting, means that Davies maybe isn’t so clearly Mourinho’s first choice anymore. They are different of course, so there could be some rotation depending on the type of opposition. Plus, Davies can play LCB in a back 3.
Sessegnon is a bit stuck in the mud, maybe a loan would be best for him.
They’ll have to find a buyer for Rose and agree a nice fee for Aurier as well.
The word is Real may be willing to pay 50% of Bale’s wages.

Emi Martinez to Villa confirmed, £20m.
It’s still too much, he’d be one of the highest paid players in Premier League even at half of that! Suddenly, Tottenham’s first eleven wouldn’t look bad at all, imagine if they could get Alli to bother in AM role…
Which would still mean sours are paying him about 50% more than Kane makes, who himself is an outlier at the club.

I think Bale is on about £400k. He didn’t sign a new contract in a while (and that’s a key issue here, who bloody gave him a 6-year contract extension in 2016?!).
Yoshinori Muto from Newcastle to Eibar on loan.

If at first you don’t succeed, try try again…
Yep, if they don’t sign those two they might find it hard to get bale out in reguilon time…
Borja Valero from Inter to Fiorentina on loan.
Darian Males from Luzern to Inter for £3.6m.
Pervis Estupinan from Watford to Villarreal for £14.7m. Interesting as he’s been under contract at Watford for 4 years and didn’t play a single minute, only out on loans. Stocks.
Filippo Melegoni from Atalanta to Genoa on loan.
Ondrej Duda from Hertha to Koln for £6.3m.

Could be a good signing by West Brom. They’ll certainly need someone of his experience in defence.

Estupinan only had 9 months left on his contract as well, weird that they got that much money for him.

Competition for that right side, where Ayo’s been so-so (not his greatest position).
Still, good fee for Roma that I think. They’ll get double what they paid for him.

Bale’s a bit risky on that much coin, eh? Thirty-one. Fresh off a mediocre season where he clashed with management. Maybe Totts would be surer spending that money elsewhere. Not that I care if they waste money on him.

Don’t think he was more than decent for Roma, so, meh
Tottenham want Danny Ings according to Evening Standard.

Why would Danny want to sit on the bench and be a backup to Kane, if he wanted to have that role, he could have stayed with Klopp instead of going to Mou. Probably made up rumour anyway, but even if it’s not, don’t see it happening, would be very weird move.
Kevin Agudelo from Genoa to Spezia on loan.
Louis Schaub from Koln to Luzern on loan.
Joel Asoro from Swansea to Genoa on loan.
Benik Afobe from Stoke to Trabzonspor on loan, £90k fee.
Nicola Murru from Sampdoria to Torino on loan.
Lorenzo De Silvestri from Torino to Bologna on a free.
Baptiste Santamaria from Angers to Freiburg for £9m.
Marash Kumbulla from Hellas Verona to Roma on loan, £2.7m.

In some level yeah I agree, Danny wouldn’t want to go where he would have to sit on the bench , but given Spurs injury history and the fact that they have quite a heavy fixture list, I’m sure he would think he has a shot to break into the side. If I was Danny tho I would stay at Southampton. Hassenhutl I a good manager and the club are united with a style and tenacity that suits him.
