Could see Ward-Prowse going to a place like Brentford. If financially would make sense for them. Imagine his delivery and their set-piece prowess. Could also do with another body/competition in central midfield. And they’re flexible enough in their formations to involve him. I don’t really see him being a good fit for a side that strictly plays a double-pivot.

The whole general love around Benzema wasn’t there until recently a few years ago, we can say post-Ronaldo’s departure from Real.
Quality player, but I felt he hit close to 100% of his ability later in his career. Watched a documentary on him, where he talked how he got to a point when he started taking football much more seriously as a professional. Worked on his physique, leaner body, recovery, etc.
