… at which point Everton will sign him.
Milner will have standards though.
Surprised a few lower Prem clubs didn’t try to snap him up before, apparently had a 3m release clause after Leeds were relegated.

Everton were linked with him, but maybe he wants to go Saudi.
Maybe he wants to go to Saudi because Everton were linked with him.
Qatar
Otherwise touche!!!
Cher Ndour from Benfica to PSG on a free.
Bartosz Bialek from Wolfsburg to Eupen on loan.
Angelino from Leipzig to Galatasaray on loan.
Marlon from Shakhtar to Fluminense on loan.
Despite coming from City, Someone who could have done a role for us even now as a backup of sorts to Robbo. Wasn’t that bad at City and is still young.
Angeliño was very good at Leipzig. Not sure what went wrong.
I think there’s a serious difference in the level of Angelino’s game going forward compared to his defending. Hence why he dropped to Hoffenheim on loan last season, who play with wing backs (very offensive full backs there). Tsimi is just fine for now as backup, we’ll see what happens next in that position.
Angelino’s an upgrade
I do think he’ll be used more as a left midfielder. Esp in the hybrid situation we find ourselves to be in
Perhaps, marginally if so…certainly not worth quibbling over now bringing in a good capable squad filler to replace another.
Must be a reason why Leipzig nor Hoffenheim want him.
Agreed. Galatasaray is still a good club though. Maybe it’s the player wanting a turkish climate instead.
