Pau Torres from Villarreal to Villa for €33m.

The new Moutinho. Linked to a series of CL contending sides for 4 or 5 years before finally making a really underwhelming move.

Good move for Villa though who now look like they are going to go into this season with 73 combined league appearances at CB last season as their 3rd and 4th choice options this year.

Shea Charles from City to Southampton for €12.2m.
Savio from Troyes to Girona on loan.
Jamie Leweling from Union Berlin to Stuttgart on loan, €200k fee.
Sergio Rochet from Nacional to Internacional for €1.4m.
Ibra Bamba from Vitoria Guimaraes to Al-Duhail for €9m.
Renan Lodi from Atletico to Marseille for €13m and a 20% sell on clause.
Viktor Gyokeres from Coventry to Sporting Lisbon for €20m. Coventry’s new record sale and Sporting’s new record signing.

Suppose FIFA.

Is there an international players Union?

I assume not but.

FIFA have and will revoke a club’s licence to register new players for not paying their existing players. Unless something is written into the contract it is also not that difficult for a player to unilaterally terminate his contract and sign for someone else over not getting paid.

Is that players union though or FIFA rules.

After all a nice bag of gold will make them turn an eye.

FIFPro, but they are basically worthless.
