It is what it is.

Could turn out to be another Ramsdale who went for similar, or turn out to be a shit house like Prickford who also went for similar. If he helps keep Forest up for another season or 2 all a sudden it’s money well spent.

Long gone are the days where you could steal someone like DDG or Lloris for 15-20m.

His break out season he was good but yeah I remember that game against us, in fact he seemed to like errors against us (wonder if there was ever a Liverpool shirt photo bouncing around the web when he was younger).

It’s a good move for all parties, I think.

United probably have other decisions to make in the GK position, depending on what happens with De Gea and when. It’s possible that Henderson is not quite of the level required to be a starting GK at a top club. Not yet at least.

After years of changes and not breaking in at United or with England, he needed to find a new home, stability and regularity. Finally to have the opportunity to be settled and kick on.

Forest are getting a keeper that has shown enough quality for them to have confidence that they can remain a PL side for a few years with him in goal.

And the price is what it is, a specific position, the fact that he’s English, still of good age, was an international player here and there, showed he can play at this level.

What happened to him this season with Forrest? It’s got to be rare to have a player on loan at a club, get replaced by a new player in January, and still have the club go ahead with the permanent transfer.

He got injured in January and missed the rest of the season.

They’re basically just handing out 100m+ contracts to every player out of contract like it’s Christmas…be a bit strange not seeing this guy in the Prem next season.

Another apparently, blue ticks losing their collective. I’m not massively concerned. Seems for some reason they aren’t willing to go in on transfer fees. Suppose they don’t want to disrupt Newcastle or they’ve realised both clubs and players aren’t interested in speaking.

Be funny if they dumped Newcastle.

I guess that’s where Karl Darlow is off though.

2 years left on Son’s deal and still 0 trophies in his club career. I think he will either give Spurs a bit more time or aim for another European move to try and win something before going for such a move, if he wants it and there’s a possibility.

Could players sign for Al-Iitihad and then be loaned to Newcastle to get around some FFP issues?

It’s entirely possible but then they just end up disjointed.

Notice these big buys never target anyone behind the midfield.

You’ll have Messi up top and Manquillo and Darlow in defence.

And it will be shit and the blue ticks will say “best league ever” as I think half of them are funded by the companies themselves anyhow.
