Loan to Liverpool via Saudi? :man_shrugging:

As long as they fuck off dreaming about Salah they can do whatever they like.

Wasn’t expecting this to happen. Kotchap on loan. We should have been all over Southampton for that. Get a free look at the player for a season.

Alternatively, especially with the Dembele signing already, this looks like the beginning of a side put together on his request. We know he was hugely influential in the Dembele signing, but we’ve also heard a lot about his dissatisfaction with how unseriously the club has taken their responsibility to put a proper team on the pitch, which has been one of the driving factors for him wanting to get out. They have now signed 3 of frances top forwards in the past couple of weeks, players who looks like they could allow for a coherent XI to be made out of them. I wonder if this is an Mbappe led project that he’s now committed to.

Liam Millar on loan from Basel to Preston North End?

Odysseas Vlachodimos from Benfica to Forest for €9m.
Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina to United on loan.
Diego Moreira from Chelsea to Lyon on loan, €2.8m fee.
Albert Sambi Lokonga from Arsenal to Luton on loan.
Hugo Novoa from RB Leipzig to Utrecht on loan.
Sean Klaiber from Utrecht to Brondby for €1m.
Eric Garcia from Barcelona to Girona on loan.

Another case of being seduced by Barca and then let down. He was starting games for City before he forced that move and now he’s barely paid for 2 years and has been pawned off to a side that get 10k fans and will likely be fighting off relegation for most of the season.

Gravenberch officially in.
Salah stays.

I’m reasonably happy with that result.
Maybe we’ll go in for a CB in the winter if it’s still an issue.
I hope Quansah can step in and give us some decent minutes. We’re gonna need him.

Another outgoing player that I don’t see mentioned above is Tyler Morton on loan to Hull.

As for Salah staying, let’s see what happens if the supposed 200 million pound offer actually materializes. The Saudi window is open for another two weeks, isn’t it?

Til 7th of September.

Slobodan Tedic from City to Charlton on loan.
Everton and Jean-Philippe Gbamin have terminated their contract.
Stefan Gartenmann from Midtjylland to Aberdeen on loan.
Jamal Lowe from Bournemouth to Swansea on loan.
Luis Sinisterra from Leeds to Bournemouth on loan.
Thomas Cannon from Everton to Leicester for €8.8m.
Jeff Hendrick from Newcastle to Sheffield Wednesday on loan.
Ibrahim Sangare from PSV to Forest for €30m.
Divock Origi from Milan to Forest on loan.
Alex Iwobi from Everton to Fulham for €17.5m.

Why did Everton sell Iwobi? I mean he’s not a world beater, but he was pretty important for their team. And the situation they’re in, they need every bit of positivity they need…

Because he won’t save them from relegation.
And he is worth ten million more now than at end of season?

He won’t save them, but he was one of the rare individuals who performed well a lot of the time. In different positions as well.

Oh, forgot he was in the last year of his deal.

Fode Ballo-Toure from Milan to Fulham on loan.
