I hope there aren’t any punch ups:palms_up_together: on here, just a nice relaxing TAN family holiday. here.
Oh, I’m sure there will be carnage on the UK Politics or Middle East thread at some point. There was even a bizarre stooshie on the German thread the other night.
That was one of the weirdest barneys I’ve seen on here as it seemed to come completely out of nowhere
I took a nap, watched the game, and went back to sleep. The next day I read the thread and it was like this:
I can only think that someone posted on the wrong thread but it was actually two decent posters. Beer involved, maybe?
It looks like you only caught the tame part. Watching it live was like
Yeah, but it’s all fun and joy in the flag thread.
I try not to get too involved in those two threads, I can see myself getting banned there.
When I went into the German thread, I was expecting a cool, calm and collected atmosphere. I was like, wth is this?
Anyway, alles klar!
Out of interest. are there any age checks when new users sign up to TAN?
I propose that anyone under 600 be declined.
Years of lbs?
Both.
One of our ex-posters favourite speed skater was in the ring last night at the end of the fight - best thing about the whole debacle in fairness
Just saw this post and started wondering what happened to Dutch. He hasn’t posted since February, according to his profile.
Did he leave over something?
Think it was something about paedophiles? Or have I gotten my wires crossed…
EDIT: Weird, my memory was rather accurate…

Last ever post was actually in this thread (The Anfield Noise - Users - #922 by Dutch)
Found the pedophile.
Good example of addition by subtraction.
So that’s what happened… jfc…
Why so many posters leave here?
Because they are fed up with banter about Indian food.
There are lots of reasons that people leave, but you could equally ask why do people join? We seem to have a pretty stable number of active users, so turnover must be relatively steady.
628 users not many of them post though.
