My expectation is he will be a bit bish-bosh, scoring a few against teams they would be beating anyway, but not really improving them with much of a threat against the better sides.
Let’s see, but I do not see much improvement in the Arsenal side with their signings. More depth, yes, but nothing that makes me wish we were doing any of their business.
Could be true. They were trying to sign him last summer, but picked up his colleague when Zubi was relctant to leave. We stepped in later in the window, when Zubii’s camp said they were now open to moving.
Arsenal are so good at buying cast offs from the other “big 4” clubs that it wouldnt be THAT out of left field if they turned to Ole to address their striker needs
Don’t see anything wrong with what he said, even when you take that usual aspect of “I’m here, so all positive” into account. Arteta does seem to be obsessive (not always positive) and detailed coach and Arsenal are a great club. Especially if all Zubi knew until now was Sociedad.
I like Rice but there is a toxic thing at Arsenal of seemingly being more interested in finding an excuse than just buckling down and doing the fucking job.
