Yes sometimes it would get mirred in detail but I’m a bit of a skip reader sometimes so that never really effects me… I also think that can be condensed easily by good script writers.
I can also image on screen some of the more “boring” chapters like where they get stuck with the tinkers is a bit of a drag but I can imagine visually with the dancing/colour it will work well.
The world Jordan built, the politics, the story arcs and suprises I think will translate really well.
I’m finding it strange seeing characters and who play them, I think the Aiel will be a challenge.
Ironically I always prefered Mat and Perrin over Rand (who I felt was far too much emo for me!)
Have you read the Malazan Book of the Fallen? My no.1 series by far, on my 5th read through.
I’ve tried Gardens of the Moon but didn’t get through it. It’s very confusing at the start and I didn’t persevere. Put it down and got distracted by something else. Didn’t mean to not finish it…just kind of never ended up continuing with it.
