Wouldn’t rule them out with Kohli in this kind of form and Yadav continuing his meteoric rise. Those two in a run chase are a scary proposition.

With those two in , india could afford to be more attacking with their batting as well have better bowling … And the fact that jadeja is one of the better fielders around in world cricket.
There’s a certain amount of luck in this form of cricket and there are probably five teams who are capable of winning the tournament.

Say what you like about the Pakistan cricket team, but they are not boring
oofff. Barely a whimper. Watching Australia play cricket right now is like watching Liverpool this season. An absolute car crash.
This over. Afghanistan bowler pulls up during his runup to try to catch the non striker out of his crease. Next ball, Goatwell at the strikers end steps away from the crease just before the ball is to be delivered in a ‘two can play this game’. Next ball, Goatwell plays the ball back to the bowler and Richardson is about 10m out of his crease and is run out. Fuck my days. I guess the bowler won that little mind game in the end.
Afghanistan has bowled and fielded well, but we really don’t deserve to go through anyway.
