I tried Burns’ new Revolutionary War piece last week, but there is just something I cannot get on board with his stuff. I think its an over reliance on quoting from historical sources in a way that REALLY lengthens out what he’s trying to convey.

Im sure I’ll eventually work my way through the whole piece, but for now 1 episode was more than enough
