Actually, their attacking stats have been great throughout the season, which completely surprised me. Now they have a coach whose only job is to play to the strength of the players at his disposal and, more importantly, he genuinely cares for the club - both are a complete opposite of Amorimās behaviour. Combination of those two traits will prove to be crucial for CL qualification in the season where their top four rivals are being wildly inconsistent. They will finish above us just because of that, Iām sure of it - itās up to us to finish fifth.
Shouldnāt worry about them, anyway. Each time they bin off a manager, the caretaker enjoys a little bounce and suddenly ātheyāre back!ā.
What are the odds that Carrick has a decent run, gets appointed and backed in the transfer market then they slump again and heās out before next Christmas?
Interesting to consider where his previous club is now. He did have some decent seasons there ( a 4th I believe and it seemed he would take them further but then they regressed) The same Boro team is currently second, under two managers as well.
Letās see what happens, this kind of result is as old as football itself. It was very very good to be fair. City seemed to be blowing hot and cold though. Itās Arsenal next.
Yeah, it was a derby - Solskjaer and Amorim won some of those games even at their lowest (and against a much more consistent City side in Solskjaers case)
Was just about to post the same, cannot fathom how that wasnāt a red, knee height, studs 1st and so easily could have damaged Dokuās knee and ligaments with the impact force.
