Is this a joke…has he not been told of the toxic atmosphere within the players…
I suppose being on Utd’s bench pays better than being on some other club’s bench.
Manchester United are considering signing free agent Dominic Calvert-Lewin after the former England striker, 28, left Everton at the end of last season. (Caught Offside)

PSG have excluded Donnarumma from their squad for the UEFA Super Cup. Romano saying the Premier League is his most likely destination.
Think it’ll be a toss-up between Man Utd and Chelsea, most likely the Mancs.
I think it is very unlikely he would go there.
Why would he go there, no way he’s displacing the mighty Onana ![]()
I don’t think I’ll be able to watch Goldbridge this season if they get Baleba and Donnarumma this month.
At least until they carry on being shit again.
PSG dont want to give him the contract he wants and are ready to move on having already brought in a new keeper being viewed as his replacement. Utd on the other hand still view their ability and willingness to pay those wages for players pushed out of other top clubs as their way to take a short cut back to the top.
I do not believe in Amorim, but other inadequate managers have muscle fucked Utd to respectible league finishes with poorly put together sides, poorly coached, and operating on nothing but the quality of their richly assembled playing squad. And so not to go all @Zoran but I would be concerned of it being close to getting on track if they can add those two.
Assume they go back to how they were under De Gea where the guy keeps them in it.
But it demonstrates perfectly how silly they are, they wanted a guy good with his feet so bought one only to get someone who isn’t.
It’s been heavily implied by some top journalists that he would end up at Man United. We can say what we will about them but if they go from what they had at the end of last season to Donnarumma, Baleba, Cunha, Mbeumo and Šeško, it will be an immense upgrade. Hell, Donnarumma by himself would be like going from a car breaking down every few days to a Ferrari.
Donnarunma is a great keeper but never underestimate manures and their ability to make players get down more than 3 levels.
Sounds like the same thing
Donnaruma is now presumably on his way to City btw.
Redcafe “We never wanted him anyway”.
I wonder what Trafford thinks of that. That’s James not Old.
He’ll be gutted to go from sitting on the bench behind Ederson to sitting on the bench behind Donnarumma…
He will probably be chuffed. Well, maybe he should have known better.
Edit
Ederson is now probably going to Galatasaray.
The expectation was Ederson was leaving and Trafford was being brought in to compete with Ortega, someone Pep had previously spoken about the way we did with Kelleher (he’s too good to be a #2). With stories of Ederson’s exit being floated now for a couple of years it is one thing for Ortega to stay in the expectation of being a contender for the #1 spot once that happens. The Trafford purchase wouldn’t have changed the equation on that for him, but this would.
