The response to Pochās recent US squad has not been great. Itās not completely out of the question that the US look shit during these upcoming friendlies, Poch lashes out at the criticism and they mutually decide to cut ties and he is in charge at Old Trafford for the Chelsea game

A part of me actually feels sad for Ruben, despite the moment of sheer delusion he comes out with once in a while, I actually donāt mind the guy and seeing him there staring down at the ground twitching his whole body really made me feel uncomfortable.
He hasnāt shown any signs of life. His winning record is now worse than any ManU manager since the 50s (and only one of those), including one who got relegated. The mantra was āgive him a pre-seasonā, and he just led his side to one of the clubās worst humiliations. There simply isnāt much basis to have confidence that he can turn it around. Even if the board wants to hold their nerve, I really donāt think the fans will if they enter September on 0-1 points, watching their CL hopes slip away already.
I certainly would not rule out ManU putting out feelers while letting Amorim take a likely beatdown from Citeh and Chelsea
