Yeah, I mean if this was Russia, I would say that they were about to attack 100%, but this is Trump and he loves to be seen as an unpredictable Mad Man who makes the world hold it’s breath for drama reasons.
I still think they will attack if Iran does not comply due to previous ultimatums issued as well as the enormous force build up, but it’s not near the certainty that it would have been had the US had a predictable non-Mad Max president.

Not surprising. I think the Israelis started to differentiate between Israel, and Netanyahu Regime since he tried to destroy the judiciary. The continuous wars (basically murders and destructions) shielded Netanyahu Regime from judicial and popular scrutiny. Possibly the reason why the wars are just spreading.

I doubt it. Not displeased to see Iranian power curtailed, but destabilizing Iran risks destabilizing their Shiite minorities ( or in some cases, like Bahrain, majorities). Things have not been bad over the last eight years or so between Iran and the Gulf States in a relative sense. There is no love lost, but peace is its own virtue. The process that has been unleashed has uncertain outcomes.

I have horrible news from today. Horrific. For the first time ever, the Iron dome system have been observed knocking down a ballistic missile. This is awful, since now journalists and others will never be educated and never stop talking about the Iron Dome as a missile shield

It’s fucked up this. Some journalists have been taking baby steps and learned the difference between a rocket and a missile. A very select few even have learned the difference betweeen a cruise and a ballistic one. But it takes years teching them and there have to be an active war to do so. This is a major set back for Hands On Education of journalists and so very unfortunate. If only this could have waited until more reporters and politicians had learned the correct terms, before Israel posts a video of a total outlier.

I don’t actually have the willpower and integrity, today, to edit and revise my post above where I claim that the Iron Dome cannot target and down ballistic missiles in response to @aussielad . This was too heavy a blow for me ! 
so I am merely informing you in shame and frustration instead.
Fuck me, how unlucky is it possible to get after you have stated with arrogance what was a fact yesterday. Seemingly very !
