Ian Levine is an interesting character. I bumped into him at a Doctor Who convention years ago. As well as being a DJ he is a huge Sci-Fi fan and was a sort of unofficial consultant to the Doctor Who production team in the 1980s. I think he was responsible for having recorded the soundtracks to the the 1960s episodes which is why the have been able to do animated versions of the “lost” episodes.
