Well, if we can negotiate similar terms to those (as referenced by @Kopstar) for Jota and Thiago, there’s not reason why we couldn’t go in for both of them and bring in Jadon Sancho as back up. 
I was going to suggest that with the money left over we could also get Koulibaly and Konate, but then I realised that the two of them could never play in a back three alongside Kabak for obvious reasons.

The pandemic favours the super rich, there will be many distressed asset hoover ups over the coming five years in nearly every industry.
In football, the benefactor clubs will have a distinct advantage - City, Chelsea, even Everton and Leicester.
Personally I saw the ESL’s advantages for LFC in that context. Presently we’re subsidising the rest of English football via a PL that distributes cash away from the larger clubs with bigger followings, and competing for CL spots with smaller benefactor clubs.
At the risk of kicking off the whole show again re FSG, I do think it’s now pertinent to wonder whether LFCs commercial revenues are being skimmed via FSM cuts.
I accept a need for some ROI, capital cost funding and funding of group operating costs via the operational businesses, but what I would find unpalatable would be if say LFC was being siphoned to fund The Redsox.
I’d find it unpalatable if LFC was being siphoned so John and Linda could buy Chinese slaves to perform domestic work for them.

I think it is a reference to the business practices in the middle east, where it is a form of being in a slave trade for poor overseas construction workers - terrible conditions, far too many deaths, can’t leave/escape, etc.
Our ‘rivals’ like Man City benefit from lots of money from an owner who runs a country that does that.

It’s reference to imaging scenarios that neither have happened nor do we have any reason to think they will and use it to continue saying negative shit about FSG.
I mean, they’ve done good things as owners, but if they are killing puppies for sport then they’d have to go.

The fact remains that there’s no evidence suggesting the argument that they are killing puppies or building a doomsday weapon.
European competitions will be killed, slowly but surely, by UEFA, while ESL will be used to beat up FSG. Sky, PL will continue to mess up domestic competitions while FSG will be accused of something.

If FSG are killing puppies for sport with a doomsday weapon made from a hollowed ot volcano then that is beyond the pale. I was quite willing to forgive them for trying to cut James Bond in half with a laser, but this goes too far. I suggest that they immediately pull the lever that starts the ‘self destruct’ sequence that makes Anfield blow up while they escape in their escape pod. Then we can see what we can salvage from the season. Europa Conference League anyone?

Just another issue.
Personally I think that in the ESL aftermath, if Billy Hogan remains as CEO, he should move to Liverpool.
Not only would this be a symbolic move, but I have always found this London office scenario unacceptable.
As much of the club’s overhead as possible should be spent in the city that the club is based.
The club’s revenue should be spent on offices in Liverpool, Hogan should be paying council tax in Liverpool, he should be spending his day to day outgoings like groceries and dining out in Liverpool.
As few employees as possible should be elsewhere.
I lived and worked in London at board level, the talent pool versus the north argument is overstated. The staff at that business were no more talented than those in northern businesses I’ve also worked.
Also, the covid era, with more working from home and less face to face meetings, completely rubbishes the needing to be in London argument.
I’ve argued this in different ways previously, LFC is a Liverpool business, its fortunes impact the city economy, the owners owe the city that gave birth to the club.
I live in the area, how LFC fares matters to me on and off the pitch.

All major cities will have enough office space come September so no need for Liverpool if they don’t want to base it at Anfield to have something central.
As you said Zoom isn’t going away, I expect even more meetings to take place remotely than previously.
Only the likes of Boris Johnson think this won’t happen.
