I don’t even want to know what he said. He was booked in at Falkirk Town Hall years ago when he was starting out and upset a few people there with some sectarian comments. There wasn’t even a joke in there. He was just ranting on. I’m surprised he is still going.
That’s a nice message from Linda. I’d just say to her that if she really feels “there is so.much beauty in Liverpool” she’s welcome to spend more time here!
Can’t wait for the “Cancelled” tour.
That’s the Netflix special in the bag.
Usually the way. Especially when they can trot out the “I’ve been cancelled line.”
The 37-year-old responded he was disappointed the venue had “lost their courage after being bombarded with abuse and threats of violence from online trolls”.
How fucking dare those online trolls stop his online trolling…
Many of them, knowing the facts, are far worse than any “Daily Mail” reader
Kopstar hated it when I used to liken lawyers to prostitutes. They use their skills (and often their tongues) to provide whatever service for which the client has paid.
And one of those are far better at getting you off.
Mascot’s point still stands though: a good lawyer is necessary for justice to be done properly, just as a good prosecutor is.
It may sound strange, but take both of them away, and your judiciary system becomes one of a dictatorship.
In 2021, his stand-up gig in Hampshire was cancelled after racist comments he made about England’s black footballers
Sounds like a total bellend, wonder if he punches up at any point in his material? That’s what I often ask, be controversial all you want, Bill Hicks and George Carlin did it. With these comedians it seems they can’t figure that out.
Some say Bill Hicks would be cancelled or be Maga today but evidently they’ve spent much time listening. Yes certain stuff sails close to the wind but he is also very critical of the Republicans and their windbags the precursor to the current lot as well as flat earthers, pro lifers and most other groups.
Chris De Burgh…
Being a football supporter means being with your chosen club through good times and bad; I have followed Liverpool Football Club for more than 60 years, with all the ups and downs that are inevitably connected with sport…not so different from the Music Business! The pure joy of those on the streets of Liverpool on Monday, a city I have been to perhaps a hundred times or more, was incredible to see, as almost a million people celebrated winning the Premier League, with songs, fireworks, cheers, and happy faces, old and young alike, yes, it was fantastic. Yet one man, apparently in a hurry to drive along Water Street, changed the lives of dozens of people, including his own and his family, forever. Happiness turned to horror, and I wish all those injured, and their loved ones, a speedy recovery from their physical and emotional injuries.
There are of course terrible things happening elsewhere in the world, in Ukraine and Gaza for example, but when something like this occurs in a place I know and love so well, it has a huge and lasting impact.
Another consequence of the ‘dickhead in the car’…our superb Manager chose not to attend the LMA awards, in respect of injured fans…this was his moment to receive respect and adulation from his peers…but u ya dickhead chose to spoil that…you spoilt it for everyone…(sorry ranting again)…I hope Arne is presented with this honour at sometime with the recognition he deserves…(and I hope dickhead gets his comeuppence aswell)…
As I said he has form and rarely his type punch up.
Siding with the perpetrator rather than the victims. I bet his Jimmy Savile material is sparkling…
You mention sparkling…that’s his Gary Glitter material.
I actually met Gary Glitter once. He was a cunt. This was years before he became known as nonse in chief.
