I absolutely loved the first 6-7 seasons of Minder. Wasn’t the same without Dennis Waterman.

Rumour has it that he has been in a fight in a notorious nightclub in Rotterdam, got into a fight and died on the spot.
Saw today that Nick Cave lost another son. For fucks sake, that’s guy’s had some rough luck.
All kinds of drug abuse, mental health and violence in there, but feel for the family.

Aww…I was a big fan of Fred Ward. Tremors is one of my favourite films. 
Think I first saw him in Uncommon Valour, a Gene Hackman movie, and Remo Williams: The adventure begins.
Not sure he got the film roles his ability deserved. I wonder if he had a long term illness. Doesn’t appear to have worked since 2015. Up to about 2013 he was doing at least one film or show a year…or was he doing theatre?

Wow how has this passed me by. I was too young to witness/appreciate his early acting career as it was before my time, but was still aware of his importance in that genre and liked watching New Tricks.
I am actually annoyed at the lack of coverage/appreciation for this iconic actor.
