Thanks to all for your good wishes guys. We managed to get a happy last day for her. Our eldest grandson told us 3 weeks ago that his fiancée was pregnant but asked us to keep it secret until after the scan. On ThursdayI rang him and told him I did not think grandma would be with us much longer and asked if she could announce the new baby. Obviously he said yes so I told my wife and called in my daughter ( his mother) and his 3 sisters they gathered around the bed and my wifes face absolutely glowed as she announced the news to them. Everyone was delighted. Early the next morning Teresa passed but she had her final happy moment.

Just saw this on the news,
I wonder what his thoughts were on putin and his invasion of ukraine?
Specially as he was seen as the man who ended the cold war
Gorbatschow was respected all over the world.
Bit sad that only few non Russians will be able to be at his funeral service.
Iâm not sure he was that well liked in RussiaâŠ
