Has anyone got any insight into who released this video and why? Particularly why now? I know I threw up a fictional scenario for fun earlier in the thread (apologies for that as not necessarily helpful), but I really would be interested to know if anyone has any more realistic thoughts on this.

Admittedly I didnât look that closely into it. Just noticed he hadnât done one of their games yet this season and looked back a couple more.

Fair enough. Told you I didnât look that closely.
Interesting that whilst he does have very few games in direct charge of us weâre his second most popular assignment as both VAR and fourth official. Not like heâs been totally absent from our games.
Heâs also only reffed City, United and Brentford three more times than us in the PL. Given the period heâs not been in charge of one of our games youâd have expected that gap to be bigger.
