The Referees or The Twelfth Man

I think he was actually half decent towards the end of his PL reffing career. He was at the centre of a few bad decisions against us though, that game against Arsenal in 2024 comes to mind.

But its a case of best of a bad bunch really.

Can Oliver and Kav follow.

Actually Oliver especially as he is a curse as well as bad ref.

Sooner Oliver is gone the better. He thinks hes the main attraction…and he takes money from the City owners.

I’m absolutely devastated (not) but don’t you worry they already have a few refs from Manchester to replace him for Liverpool games.

The fact they are celebrating on bluemoon and redcafe must say something. I thought he was the best of the bunch and I would take him every time over the rest.

He’s far from the worst.

Pawson is one that I’m ok and the no marks who have yet to piss me for.

We couldn’t do any worse if he took over from Howie…

Altrincham fan Anthony Taylor

Many of those yellow cards came very early in the games which meant that the booked player had to be very careful from then on.

Said this before - I am convinced one day the truth about the corruption against us will come out. Might have to wait until the uber-cunt Howard Webb is six feet under.

Taylor cunt btw.

Didn’t he also ref us way more than any other club so rather meaningless stat..??

What is the average per club per game?

Found the stats. First glance says that at least Chelsea, Arsenal and United got more than us…average per game…

The table also says he gave 147 yellows to our opponents in those 72 games..

No wonder United fans hate him because he gave 116 yellows to them in just 58 games (2 per game is the highest of all teams) but only 66 yellows to their opponents…

I cannot imagine we got rid of him yet but I have a feeling he will be back in the PGMOL management team.

If he is not a referee anymore, he will be able to let his grow now

Really? Good news in this thread for a change! :+1::+1::+1::+1:

Now, as others have said: if Oliver and Kavanagh could follow suit asap please…

Trying too hard Rambler.

Lets just be glad that Taylor has retired though.
We won’t see his bias in action against Liverpool, and you won’t have to waste energy on defending him.

You have a great talent for passing off your opinion as fact even if the real facts don’t support it  and I am a great admirer of talent no matter what form it takes.. :+1:
